Kristen, RYT-200 and a Chopra Center Certified Meditation Instructor, has passions for cooking, meditation, and quality family time. She is the founder of Wellspring Meditation. Liz, E-RYT, YACEP, has been the "caregiver" for River Yoga, based in Clayton, NY, for over two decades. Liz celebrates community and shares her sustainability efforts via All in the Same Boat.
