Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 28, 2026. This policy is live while our legal counsel reviews it and may be updated after that review. We will post any changes here with a new effective date.

1. Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Lazaros LLC, doing business as YUM (“YUM,” “we,” “us”), handles personal information collected through www.liveyum.com, our related YUM sites, our customer and wholesale accounts, our kava bar, and when you contact us. It does not cover third-party websites we link to.

2. Information we collect

  • Contact and identity details: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, and date of birth or age confirmation.
  • Order and payment details: products purchased, order history, Subscribe & Save preferences, and payment details. Card numbers are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Account details: login credentials, saved addresses, and preferences.
  • Wholesale and business details: business name, resale or tax ID, business license, resale certificates, and accounts-payable contacts.
  • Job applicant details: information you submit through our employment pages, such as your résumé, work history, and availability.
  • Communications: messages, calls, reviews, survey answers, and support requests.
  • Device and usage details: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring links, and approximate location, collected with cookies, pixels, and server logs.
  • Lab-result lookups: the lot numbers you search on our COA lookup and basic request logs.

3. Where it comes from

We collect information directly from you, automatically when you use our sites, and from service providers who help us run the business, such as payment, shipping, fraud-prevention, analytics, and marketing vendors.

4. How we use it

  • To process, ship, and support orders and subscriptions, and to manage accounts.
  • To confirm that buyers are 21 or older and that we can legally ship to their location.
  • To screen for fraud and protect our customers, our business, and our sites.
  • For bookkeeping, invoicing, inventory, tax, and other legal obligations.
  • To review job applications.
  • To send service messages and, with your permission, marketing emails or texts.
  • To understand how our sites are used and to improve products and pages.

5. How we share it

We share personal information only as needed with:

  • Service providers working for us: payment processors, shipping carriers and fulfillment partners, our accounting and inventory system (for example, order, invoice, and packing details kept in our accounting software), hosting, email and SMS platforms, analytics, and customer support tools.
  • Advertising and analytics partners, through cookies and similar tools (see Section 6).
  • Authorities or other parties when the law requires it, or to protect rights, safety, and property.
  • A successor business in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some advertising cookies may count as a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state laws; you can opt out as described below.

6. Cookies and advertising

We use essential cookies to keep the cart, checkout, login, and age confirmation working. With your choices respected, we also use analytics and advertising cookies and pixels to measure traffic and show relevant ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, use industry opt-out tools such as the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and turn on Global Privacy Control, which we treat as an opt-out request for that browser.

7. Your state privacy rights

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to:

  • know and access the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate information;
  • delete your information;
  • receive a portable copy;
  • opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling; and
  • appeal a decision we make about your request.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information: email sales@lunayum.com with the subject “Privacy request” or call 855-805-5327. We will verify your identity before acting on a request, and you may use an authorized agent. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond those the law allows.

8. Texts and emails

If you sign up for marketing texts, you agree to receive recurring automated messages at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help; message and data rates may apply. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

9. Adults only

Our sites and products are for adults 21 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn that we have, we will delete it.

10. Security and retention

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including tax, accounting, and legal record-keeping, and then delete or de-identify it.

11. Other websites

Links to other sites, including retailers and social media, are governed by those sites’ own privacy policies.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on our site.
