How does Subscribe & Save work?
Pick how often you want YUM. We deliver it to your door on that schedule. Your discount is tiered by pack size and frequency: 10% for 1 bottle every 8 weeks, up to 30% for a 6-pack every 2 weeks (see table). See Terms.
How often can it ship?
Every 2, 4, 6 or 8 weeks. Choose on the product page. More often, more off.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. Manage your subscription from your account, or contact us before the next ship date. Details in Terms §7.
Is shipping free? Where do you ship?
Shipping is free for direct customers. We ship within the US except to states and local areas where kratom is restricted; checkout won't accept those addresses. See Terms.
Can I change my flavor or quantity?
Yes. Update it from your account before the next ship date, or call 855-805-5327. Bigger packs get a bigger cut. See Terms.
